Tom was very quick to respond and extremely thorough in his inspection as part of our home purchase. He also helped us in arranging the radon test at the same time. We got the report the same day of inspection even though it was already fairly late. Will absolutely recommend.

The photos in the final report were detailed and annotated to clearly highlight specific issues, and the report itself was very well organized. His notes clearly described each issue, explained why it was categorized at a certain level of concern, and included recommendations where appropriate.I wasn't able to be present for the inspection, so Tom took the time to walk me through the entire report section by section over the phone. He explained everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and provided helpful advice and input that made me feel much more comfortable and informed about the next steps I needed to take.He also turned the report around very quickly, which I really appreciated. Tom was amazing! This was the second inspection that we used him for and both were fantastic and THOROUGH - our agent that recommended Tom couldn’t make it to our most recent inspection so one of her colleagues let us into the property during the inspection, and her colleague was baffled by how thoroughly he was inspecting the property. Despite how thoroughly he inspected the house, we still got the inspection report the same day. We particularly like the Tom isn’t afraid to tell you when things aren’t ideal, but also not the end of the world; he stands behind his inspections. Worth every penny. We would/will recommend Tom to all of our friends and family.
